1. Virtual Phone Numbers
If no SMS is received for the expected or selected service, an automatic refund will be processed within 1 hour of the reported issue or immediately after cancelling the number.
2. Remote Desktop (RDP) Services/ VPS
Replacement: A replacement will be provided within the mentioned timeframe if issues are found with the provided service/product.
Refunds: Refund requests will not be accepted for RDP/VPS services; however, a replacement will be offered for valid issues.
Utilization: The utilization of the RDP/VPS service must remain within the limits specified by the system configuration capacity.
3. Proxy IP Services
Replacement: If there are any issues with the provided proxy IP service, a replacement will be offered within the specified timeframe.
Refunds: Refund requests for proxy IP services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Valid reasons must be provided for consideration.
4. Refund Process
SMS Verification Issues on Virtual Numbers: Refunds for SMS verification issues will be automatically initiated within 1 hour or immediately upon canceling the number.
RDP/VPS Replacement Requests: RDP replacement requests should be submitted within the specified timeframe (24-72 Hours) and will be processed after validation.
Proxy IP Issues: Replacement or refund requests for proxy IP services should be submitted within the specified timeframe and will be processed after validation.
5. Note
Replacements: Replacements for RDP/VPS and proxy IP services will be offered for identified issues only.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the User's Wallet Balance only which is present on the Website.
Service Misuse: Any misuse of services may result in the suspension or discontinuation of the service without refund.
